Pulse is a Pilates inspired class designed to shape and tone with minimal impact and maximum burn. Pulse combines the form of mat Pilates with short bursts of cardio to test the aerobic threshold. Pulse is designed for you to make it your own so it’s suitable for beginners and fitness fanatics. Don’t be fooled though, Pulse isn’t your everyday Pilates class, get ready to burn baby, burn!

A pulse class with a little bit more emphasis on the back. Your back is so important and something we often forget to isolate and work. This workout uses pilates focused movements to target all those little muscles you often forget or can't get too.

A class designed for minimal space, time and excuses. I travel alot so this one for me is certainly a winner. Grab yourself a chair and mat and lets get to work because this ones a killer and you've got a beach to get to.

A great option for all my angels wanting to slow it down. This flow is beginner friendly and packs a little heat as well.
