The core is the powerhouse of the human body. From getting out of bed, to walking down the street, your core is in control of it all. The Core class isn’t designed for ‘Instagram abs’. This class is aimed to increase your awareness of your core and how to use it properly. The Core class will not only help you achieve further results in your training but help prevent injuries in the future.
